You grant us a limited license to store, process, transmit, and back up your content only as necessary to provide the service, including optional cloud synchronization and account-related features.

You may not use Prompterus to:

• Circumvent authentication, security measures, or access controls.

6. Commercial Use

Commercial use of the service is permitted.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Prompterus. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
